Real-time building monitoring for continuous deformation measurement

Building projects can have an impact on items such as surrounding buildings, objects, and structures. The consequences may be subsidences, vibrations, movements, and deformations. Continuous online monitoring provides the most effective solution to evaluate this impact. Data will be registered real-time and includes parameters such as vibrations, sounds, deformations and water levels. When deformations occur outside the pre-set values our software will emit direct notifications.

Online monitoring of Mirador Embalse dam in Leon Spain

Dam monitoring Spanje For a period of one year, Geoservice B.V. monitored the Mirador Embalse reservoir dam by installing 100 prism reflectors all over the dam. As such, the deflection of the wall could be measured in various critical parts of the dam. It is essential to guarantee safety during maintenance and exploitation of the dam.

Continuous monitoring of premises in Utrecht

Continuous monitoring of premises Utrecht During the replacement of camp sheeting (wooden sheet piling) in Utrecht, Geoservice B.V. installed a fully automatic Total Station. When the old camp shedding was removed and the new sheet piling was fitted, the adjacent quay and premises had to be monitored online 24/7. Measurement intervals were 30 minutes in this project with an accuracy below 2 mm.

Online monitoring storage tanks Vopak Netherlands When the bottom of a storage tank had to be replaced, Geoservice B.V. implemented an automatic monitoring system in order to monitor the setting and relocations during the execution of the work 24/7. Measurement intervals in this project were 10 min.

When the piling tub was fitted and removed for the underground car park, the adjacent quay and premises had to be monitored online 24/7. This meant that the fitted prism reflectors were measured every 30 minutes and could be accessed directly online.

When excavations took place for the new sheet pile wall to be constructed, the adjacent historic wharf cellars on quay level had to be monitored online 24/7. This meant that the fitted prism reflectors were measured every 30 minutes and could be accessed directly online.
